The Rock-Trac® 4×4 system with Tru-Lok® locking differentials gives you a 4:1 low-gear ratio delivering more control, more torque at the wheels and lets you go virtually anywhere.

Dana 44 front and rear axles with Tru-Lok® mechanical lockers offer supreme capability off-road or in slippery conditions.

Electronic front sway bar system lets you automatically disengage the front sway bar when driving under 18 mph in 4LO mode. The front wheels can then drop and compress up to 25% further.

STORM JEEPS MODIFIED SUSPENSION

We have used AEV’s 2.5” DualSport Suspension System which takes suspension engineering to the next level. This kit brings OE-level suspension engineering to the aftermarket to create a true do-anything “dualsport” suspension – one that is both extremely capable off-road, while offering unparalleled on-road performance and handling. The DualSport system has been thoroughly tuned for impeccable behaviour in every situation you might put it in – and especially the ones you didn’t intend to.
Expedition-Ready and Daily-Driven Practical. The JK Wrangler is not just a trail-mastering off-road specialist, it’s a truly “street able” on-road transport too. The AEV DualSport suspension enhances the JK to raise its performance in both arenas.
This kit is essential to run the to the chunky a 35” tyres that make it stand out above other Jeep Wranglers.

In addition to the AEV kit components a Teraflex HD 9550 VS steering damper has been used with relocation bracket to move it higher up than the vulnerable low handling stock position.

EXTERIOR ENHANCEMENTS

17” deep dish XD131 RG1 Satin Black Wheels by XD Series are a stylish 6 spoke wheel built for those who need precise equipment for an imprecise environment. These lightweight, strong, and race-tested wheels are always looking to take on the next challenge and ready to thrive on the dirt and chaos of extra-duty, off-road racing. These wheels have been fitted with 315/75R17 Cooper ST Maxx premium brand tyres. These are an aggressive all terrain tyre measuring 35” tall by 12.5” wide suiting the 2.5” raised suspension height perfectly.

The Rugged Ridge hurricane fender flares give an aggressive off-road look and tyre clearance. The flat fender design was inspired by earlier concepts and specifically the 1941 Willys MA. The double bolt pockets with black stainless fasteners provide a modern twist on the traditional flares.

ARB Stubby front winch bumper complements the flat fenders perfectly. The Jeep Wrangler JK Stubby Bar has been developed for the off-roader who is after a winch platform all while maintaining maximum clearance for larger diameter tyres.
The winch platform perfectly accommodates a Warn Tabour 8-S winch with synthetic rope.

We have used a front ‘flip up’ style numberplate holder to allow the number plate to be located over the fairlead and flipped up out of the way when the winch is in use.

The front grill have been coated with matt black Raptor paint, accented with a body coloured Nighthawk grill brow with black Jeep logo.

At the rear features a D6 steel rear bumper with integrated fog lights and a Rugged Ridge HD hinged tyre carrier to properly support the larger tyres used without the need for a separate swing away bumper mounted tyre carrier. A stainless steel twin exit exhaust also complements styling at the rear.

The factory headlights have been upgraded with Vision X Vortex LED headlights finished in black chrome. Legal and engineered for the UK market the Vortex LED Headlight also comes packed with an extremely powerful high-beam and a wide spread low beam. With such diversity in beam pattern, you can rest assured that you’ll have the right lighting for the right scenario at any time. Equipped with a DRL Halo LED Ring, the headlights feature a bright halo ring that can be active as a day time running light, without the low beam or high beams. Having a 7″ halo on the front of your vehicle will not only turn heads, but also provide you with the optimal lighting options for any situation.
Additional Rugged Ridge LED cube lights have been added to the windscreen pillar and front bumper. These are controllable by switch panel in the car and have dual function. These lights are dual function providing powerful nighttime illumination on main beam and a secondary function cool-looking running lamp allowing you to be seen without blinding other drivers.
